This policy explains how PediaOS (“we”, “us”) handles information on this website, pediaos.com, and in the PediaOS apps.

This website

pediaos.com is an informational website. It has no sign-up, no forms, no advertising and no tracking cookies, and we do not collect personal information through it. We count page visits with GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly counter that uses no cookies and stores only anonymous totals (such as page, referring site, browser type and country). The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to operate and secure the service. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.

Our apps

Each PediaOS app has its own privacy policy describing exactly what it collects, which is linked inside the app:

In summary, our apps are professional tools for clinicians. They are designed not to collect patient-identifying information. Where an app offers accounts, it stores only what is needed to sign in and to save the user’s own records, using Google Firebase as our data processor.

What we never do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not use your information for advertising.
• We do not ask for or knowingly store patient identifiers.

Children

Our products are designed for health-care professionals. They are not directed at children and are not intended for use by anyone under 18.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete any personal information we hold about you. App users can also delete their account and data from inside the app, as described in that app’s privacy policy.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the date above will change when we do.
